We want every family to feel confident buying from us. If something is not right with your order, contact us and we will make it right.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Because Mersea Hydration Squeeze is a consumable dietary supplement, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used pouches or cartons for hygiene and safety reasons.
To start a return, email hello@wearemersea.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send instructions and a return shipping label within 2 business days.
Return shipping is free if the product arrived damaged or defective. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, allow 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear.
We issue a full refund (including original shipping) if:
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered.
For all other eligible returns, we refund the product price minus the cost of return shipping.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. Return your original order and place a new one.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used pouches or cartons.
- Items purchased during final sale promotions (marked clearly at time of purchase).
- Gift cards.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@wearemersea.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
