PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date you place your order. Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons (November-December) outside our control.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping, if your order reaches the threshold, applies to standard domestic orders only.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows 'delivered' but you have not received your package:
1. Check around your property and with neighbors.
2. Wait 24 hours; carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
If your package is confirmed lost, contact us at hello@wearemersea.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
FTC NOTICE (MAIL ORDER RULE)
Under the FTC Mail Order Rule, if we cannot ship your order within the time stated above (or within 30 days if no shipping time is specified), we will notify you by email and give you the option to wait for shipment or cancel your order for a full refund.
